Employer's Commitment
If you provide an employee for the Loaned Executive Professional Development Program, your commitment will be:
Time allowed for the Loaned Executive to participate in training sessions
Relieve Loaned Executive volunteers of their job responsibilities and continue to pay his/her salary during their time working with Butler County United Way.
This should be someone you'll miss at your company. However, they will work hard. They will strengthen their skills and self-confidence, and they will learn important aspects about community life they may not learn elsewhere.
Your employee will enhance qualities that foster community leadership, integrity, maturity and perseverance. They will be even better...more polished...more experienced...more effective.
A Smart Investment
The Butler County United Way Loaned Executive Program is an excellent investment opportunity for your company. It provides a vehicle for dynamic men and women to share professional talents and prepare for executive and community leadership.
By participating in the Loaned Executive Program, your company is demonstrating to your employees and other businesses that building a strong, healthy community is among your company's core values and priorities.
Continuum of Service
Loaned Executives will have other opportunities to volunteer during the spring allocation process to help make important decisions about how the money raised is allocated. They may also be eligible for service on a non-profit committee or board.
