Every year the Butler County United Way hosts several events to engage and serve the community. For more information about these events, please see the following list of our regular events.

Community Launch

Once a year we invite the community to hear about our success over the last year and to help us launch into the next 12 months of community impact. We set goals for the resources - time, money, and voices - we plan to pour into the Butler County.

Community Celebration

Not too long after the Community Launch, we again bring the community together to let them know the support that Butler County residents and businesses have pledged to improving the lives of the people around us.

Days of Caring

Twice a year - in the Spring and Fall - the Butler County United Way rallies local residents and businesses to devote a day to service. Volunteers from all across Butler County spend a day working on projects submitted by local organizations.

Holiday Open House

During the winter holidays, we open our office to anyone who would like to visit with Butler County United Way staff and volunteers and enjoy some seasonal refreshments.

Impact Summits

In an effort to give as many people in our community a voice in what we do, we hold open meetings throughout the county where residents vote to tell us what issues are most important to them. These summits focus either on the self-sufficiency of adults or the successful development of youth.

Target Share-A-Tree

Each Christmas season, Target and the Red Cross partner with the Butler County United Way to provide Christmas trees to families who don't have one. Volunteers load and deliver trees to homes throughout the county to make their season a little brighter.
