Chairperson

Dave Lippert currently serves as President of Hamilton Caster, a local family-owned manufacturer currently in its 103rd year in Hamilton, Ohio.  He is part of the fourth generation of family management.

After serving 6 years active duty in the U.S. Air Force, Dave moved back to Ohio and began working at Hamilton Caster in late 1982.  Following in the footsteps of his father, Bob Lippert, he has remained significantly involved in community service.  Organizations he has served include the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, the Fitton Center for Creative Arts, BizTech, the Greater Hamilton Safety Council, and the Hamilton City Schools Business Advisory Council.

Dave and his wife, Teresa, live in West Chester and are the parents of two grown daughters.  He looks forward to the opportunities this year’s campaign offers, and is eager to help communicate the major goals of United Way of Butler County – seeing our youth growing into successful adults and helping residents become self-sufficient.
