Chairperson

Douglas B. Manwaring is Sr. Vice President of Liberty Agency UnderwritersTM.  Liberty Agency Underwriters, headquartered in Fairfield, OH sells commercial specialty insurance nationally through independent agents and brokers.  Doug is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo, where he received a bachelor's degree in management science - finance.  He also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.  Doug resides in West Chester with his wife Nancy, an assistant professor at Miami University.  Doug serves on the board of trustees at Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary School in Liberty Township where his three children attend school.
